Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tharwh website and options-analytics service (the "Service"), operated by Tharwh ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Tharwh is a subscription software service that presents derived options-market analytics — including dealer exposure (GEX/VEX/CHEX) heatmaps, options-flow views, charting, and company fundamentals — for informational and educational purposes. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier and any applicable usage limits, as described on our Pricing page.

Tharwh does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All analytics are derived estimates provided "as is" for information only, and must not be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed. It is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use within the Service only; you may not redistribute, resell, or scrape it. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.

Paid plans are billed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and prices are inclusive of 15% VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) using your saved payment method, until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details. We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.

You may cancel at any time; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering or circumventing usage limits or access controls; sharing your account; scraping, redistributing, or reselling data or analytics; disrupting the Service; or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, its software, design, and content are owned by Tharwh or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tharwh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
